1. Shipping Policy

At ZIELLAR, we strive to provide efficient shipping services for all our valued customers. All orders are processed based on the product origin:

  • Products from the US: Handling time is 2-3 business days, shipping time is 5-14 business days. We use Standard Shipping via UPS and USPS.
  • Products from Vietnam: Handling time is 3-4 business days, shipping time is 10-21 business days. We use Standard Shipping via UPS, USPS, and DHL.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number, summary, total cost, and shipping address. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link will be sent once your order is shipped.

We subsidize part of the shipping cost and do not charge extra for additional products. Shipping fees depend on order value. Customs fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.

We deliver only to residential or business addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If an incorrect address is provided, and the issue is caused by ZIELLAR, we will offer a refund or a replacement shipment.

3. Delivery FAQs

a. What does order value mean?

The order value refers to the subtotal displayed in the cart and at checkout. Virtual products such as gift cards or non-shippable items are excluded from the subtotal.

b. Who is responsible for paying taxes?

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. In most cases, the carrier will pay these fees at customs and contact you for reimbursement. We typically declare a lower item value to reduce the chances of higher customs charges.

c. How can I track my order?

Log into your account and check the fulfillment status of your recent order. If fulfilled, click the order to view the tracking number. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.
