Ziellar store 100% printed and shipped all orders in the USA. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Estimated Ship Timelines Does Not Include Handling/Production Time!

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

You will see the handling time and Estimated shipping time on the checkout page.

All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)
- Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days
- UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days
- Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Business Days

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that all details, including the recipient's name, are accurate. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners' warehouses and disposed of by them. Ziellar is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
- If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time frame, we cannot modify your delivery details.
- In case of issues with your shipping address, such as misspelled city/state or incorrect ZIP code, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation. Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in these scenarios.
