Shipping, Delivery, and Taxes Policy

1. Shipping Policy

At Ziellar Store, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all our customers.

Processing Time:

  • Products shipped from the United States: 2–3 business days processing time, 5–14 business days estimated delivery. Shipped via UPS or USPS Standard Shipping.
  • Products shipped from Vietnam: 3–4 business days processing time, 10–21 business days estimated delivery. Shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL Standard Shipping.

You will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email – immediately after placing your order, including order number, product summary, total cost, and shipping address.
  • Shipping Confirmation Email – once your order is shipped, including a tracking link.

Shipping Costs:
We subsidize part of the shipping fee and do not charge extra for multiple items in the same order. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Customs & Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Address Policy:
We ship only to valid residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you provide an incorrect address and the error is on our part, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment.

2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time begins after your order status changes to “Completed.” You can check your order status by logging into your account.

  • Estimated Delivery:
  • USA: 5–14 business days
  • Vietnam: 10–21 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–20 business days (varies by location)

3. Delivery FAQs

a. What does “Order Value” mean?
Order value refers to the subtotal at checkout, excluding virtual products like gift cards or other non-shippable items.

b. Who is responsible for paying taxes?
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. In most cases, the shipping carrier pays these fees at customs and will contact you for reimbursement. We may declare a lower item value to reduce the risk of higher customs charges, where legally permitted.

c. How can I track my order?
Log into your Ziellar Store account to check your order’s fulfillment status. If fulfilled, click the order to view your tracking number. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link.
