1. Overview
At Ziellar Store, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes or cancellations to your order. We aim to make the process simple and transparent, while ensuring efficient order fulfillment for all customers.
2. Order Modification
- You may request changes to your order (such as updating product details, quantities, or shipping information) within 36 hours of placing the order.
- Modifications are subject to product availability and our processing timeline.
- Any changes requested after 36 hours may not be possible if the order has already entered the shipping process.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- A valid reason for cancellation (such as accidental order placement, incorrect product selection, or unforeseen circumstances) should be provided.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within the same business day.
5. Important Notes
- Orders already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
- Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
