1. Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes! We regularly update our store with new designs, styles, and products. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram and turn on notifications to get the latest updates on new arrivals, promotions, and special discounts.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely. We offer worldwide shipping so our products can reach customers anywhere in the world.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
From the United States:
- Handling Time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 5–14 business days
- Carriers: UPS, USPS
From Vietnam:
- Handling Time: 3–4 business days
- Shipping Time: 10–21 business days
- Carriers: UPS, USPS, DHL
4. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All orders include a tracking number after processing (usually within 3–5 business days). If you haven’t received your tracking number, email ziellar.sp@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send it to you.
Note: Your order number is not the tracking number.
5. How can I pay?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your protection.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, email ziellar.sp@gmail.com immediately so we can update it. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and the customer will be responsible for resolving the delivery issue.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
7. Delivery FAQs
a. What does the “order value” mean?
The order value refers to the subtotal in your cart or at checkout (before shipping fees or taxes). Virtual products such as gift cards are not included.
b. Who pays taxes and duties?
Customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duties. In most cases, the shipping carrier will pay on your behalf at customs and contact you for settlement. We declare a low value on shipments to help minimize possible fees.
c. How do I track my order?
You can:
- Log into your account on our website, check your recent orders, and click the tracking link.
- Use the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email after your order has been fulfilled.
